By accessing or using NetSchool (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of a school or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity.

You must be legally able to form a contract to use the Service. Where required, student access is administered by the relevant school or guardian.

• Keep your account information accurate and your sign‑in methods secure (e.g., one‑time codes).
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security incident.

• No unlawful, harmful, or abusive activity.
• No unauthorized access, reverse engineering, or interference with the Service.
• Respect privacy and confidentiality of student and staff information.

• Some features may require a paid subscription; pricing is described on our site or in an order form.
• Fees are non‑refundable except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise.
• We may modify pricing or plans with reasonable notice for ongoing subscriptions.

By providing an email, you consent to receive necessary Service messages (e.g., one‑time codes, security notices, updates). You can opt out of non‑essential communications.

The Service, including its content, features, and marks, is owned by NetSchool or its licensors and is protected by applicable laws. You receive a limited, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable license to use the Service during your subscription term.

Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data and process it only as described in these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

Where the Service processes student information, we act as a processor on behalf of the school (controller). Schools are responsible for obtaining any necessary consents and ensuring compliance with applicable laws (e.g., GDPR‑style or FERPA‑like obligations in your jurisdiction).

• We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
• From time to time, we may perform maintenance or updates.
• Support channels and SLAs, if applicable, are described in your plan.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON‑INFRINGEMENT.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NETSCHOOL AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUE, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY.

We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or for other lawful reasons. You may stop using the Service at any time. Upon termination, rights and licenses granted to you will cease.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect upon posting or as otherwise stated. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
